I am accepting new clients. My therapeutic technique is a person-centered approach that encompasses a compassionate and mindful lens. I use an array of modalities in my practice such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindful Meditation, Gestalt, and more. My strength lies in treating those who suffer from disordered eating, trauma, depression, spiritual transitions, stress, and relationship issues. I aim to help all my clients recognize their strengths and learn that they are their best advocates for themselves.
