I am a dual Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Minnesota with 11 years of counseling experience and 41 years of working with those experiencing a co-occurring mental health and chemical health disorder simultaneously. I have worked with groups and individuals experiencing a vast range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, impulsivity, substance use and trauma. My clinical and volunteer work has been in residential, home-based and intensive outpatient settings. My counseling style is compassionate, sensitive and positive, incorporating humor and joyfulness when appropriate.
