I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist treating a wide range of clinical problems including: depression, marital problems, anxiety, individual psychological problems, and child-parent problems. My approach to therapy is a hybrid of several modalities using evidence based practices. I employ whatever techniques I believe are in the best interest of helping clients' move towards the goals set. Studies also show that clients are highly satisfied with services of Marriage and Family Therapists. My goal as your therapist is for clients to show a marked improvement in work productivity, family relationships, partner relationships, emotional health, overall health, social life, and community involvement.
