I’ve always believed that there is an art to doing therapy. For me, that’s about balancing courageous authenticity, a strong clinical lens, direct feedback, and a strength based approach that empowers people to be real about their areas of growth. I have several modalities that I draw upon in my work - which include Attachment Based Family Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy and Narrative Therapy with a focus on emotional patterns. At the core, it’s all about love. I work to restore any relationship, be it with yourself or another, that is no longer led from the heart.
