As a therapist, I work to provide a space for my clients to be heard and supported while they work towards success in their daily life, particularly those within male and Asian-American communities. My specialty areas include navigating life transitions, managing anxiety and depression, understanding self and others, and exploring immigrant/second-generation identities. In sessions, I strive to create a collaborative environment where clients and I can engage in meaningful conversations that foster positive growth. My past clients have often described their counseling experience with me as encouraging, enriching, and empowering. As a Chinese-American, I provide services in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
