Hi! I'm Dr. Amy Horrex, Board Certified Clinical Psychologist and founder of Bold Mindset, PLLC. I provide virtual psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I would be honored to get to know you and understand your mental health, personal development, and relationship goals. Building a healthy therapeutic relationship is a priority and a crucial part of the therapy, healing and development process. I maintain a warm empowering approach that is rooted in evidence based care. I believe taking small steps that are in line with your values will lead to big wins and a lasting bold mindset! I have 18 years in clinical practice with 16 of those years working for the Veterans Health Administration (VA) caring for Veterans and their family members. I have completed multiple trainings in evidence based treatments and I am experienced in both the assessment and treatment of a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns.
