About
There are wounds the world can’t see, especially those that quietly reshape who you are. Facing complex health conditions like cancer, autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, serious injury, or the demands of caregiving can fracture your sense of identity. Who you were before illness may feel distant, and who you are now might feel uncertain or unfamiliar. In therapy, we create space to honor what’s been lost, hold space for what’s still true, and gently explore who you’re becoming. Together, we work toward clarity, relief, and a more grounded connection to yourself, not just to cope, but to grow and move forward with meaning.
