My name is Bonavy Som-Keo. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of California. I have provided therapeutic services for 7 years in both non-profit and county organizations throughout my career. My approach I come from a background of utilizing CBT, DBT, and Solution Focused. I focus on you, the client, and what is happening to you at the moment. In addition to listening to what you're saying, I will make eye contact, watch body language, behavior, and tone of voice to be present with you and help you feel comfortable while you are describing personal situations that cause stress and mental health issues.
