I enjoy working individually and with couples. Many of my clients are passionate, smart, and hard working; I work toward helping them to recognize and build on their strengths, teaching new coping skills, and using CBT to identify, evaluate, and reframe negative self talk. I support couples through improving their communication in a respectful, and productive manner. Together, we tackle tough topics including, but not limited to: finances, infidelity, trust, intimacy, respect, and parenting. I am excited to support you in your mental health journey.
