I believe people seek out counseling for one of two reasons. First, they find themselves in a crisis situation with their life out of balance. This may be due to the discomfort of anxiety or depression, an out of control addiction, the stress of an unsatisfying relationship, a child who is struggling or the heartache of grief. Secondly, their life may be in balance but they are at a decision point or feel a need for self-improvement including career concerns, a desire to improve a relationship or a need to explore obtaining their fullest potential. Both are equally valid reasons to seek the assistance of a caring professional. I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, addiction, anger management, marital therapy, divorce recovery, and effective parenting. Using a holistic approach integrating the mental, physical and spiritual aspects into treatment, my goal is to assist clients in reducing stress and living a happier, more fulfilling life.
