I work with ages 3 through adulthood: individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with individuals who have: depression, anxiety, Bipolar, grief from any type of loss, ADHD, Autism, stress, anger, divorce, and those who need a third party to talk to without judgement. I am trained in Adlerian Play Therapy for children and adults to reach beyond traditional talk therapy for self-expression/processing when words are hard to find. It is proven that children say much more in play than they have the words for. View 5 Photos I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and I am working towards certification in working with Autism. I believe mental and physical health go hand in hand and it all begins with growing hope towards healing. Sessions are not bound to the office. They can be held outdoors on the grounds and/or around the animals as well as online.
