My goal as a Mental Health Counselor is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, place for people to discuss concerns, and work through life's challenges. I understand that all people will experience some form of difficulties during their lives, whether it be a traumatic event or an expected life obstacle that one may be experiencing challenges overcoming.
