I provide psychotherapy to individuals, families and couples. Clients are working on goals most meaningful to them, often causing pain and distress and sabotaging relationships. Clients often report social anxiety, dissociation, low self esteem, excessive worry, mood shifts,relationship conflict or insecurity. Various forms of trauma. are often reported and sometimes are revealed through the therapeutic assessment and inquiry. Clients are looking to achieve satisfaction in their lives through meaningful pursuits and gratifying relationships.
