Welcome, I have immediate openings for telehealth! I provide individual counseling to adults ages 18 and older. I support clients through life transitions, who are feeling overwhelmed with stress/worry, feeling really sad, grief due to a loss (that includes pets!) or someone who is struggling to get through the day. I want to meet you where you're at. I provide a supportive, safe, non-judgmental space where you will be met with empathy, compassion and understanding so that you will feel seen and heard. I will help you develop skills to be able to better manage each day!
