Congratulations for reaching out for support and taking the first step towards the life that you want to create. The world that we live in can be challenging, and sometimes we need help beyond our families and social circles. I use a strengths-based approach to work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and eating disordered behaviors. I believe in the use of mindfulness practices to strengthen the mind-body connection and believe that self care is the basis for being able to support ourselves and ultimately being able to share our lives with others.
