Life is full of challenges and transitions. Whatever brings you to seek therapy, know that you are taking an important step to find healing and wholeness. I work with clients of all ages, including children, teens, couples, and families. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, past trauma, and relational difficulties. I am experienced working with youth with behavioral challenges, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I also enjoy supporting anyone going through life transitions, including breakups, divorce, and those transitions that bring up deeper questions of faith and spirituality.
