Many people seek therapy when it is time to unravel and challenge old and worn-out beliefs about themselves and write a new story. Along that journey, I have the privilege of witnessing people learn to treat themselves with the same love and kindness they often give so freely to others. In our work together, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and mindfulness are fundamental to growth and healing. I enjoy working with those struggling with anxiety disorders, low self-worth, body image concerns, eating disorders and disordered eating, relational issues, family of origin issues, life transitions, trauma, and depression.
