Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re feeling misunderstood, marginalized, or stigmatized. I'm passionate about supporting people navigating the intersections of neurodiversity, gender diversity, cultural identity, and chronic illness. I strive to create a compassionate, affirming space where you feel seen and supported. I bring my lived experience with cultural and systemic barriers and background in community advocacy into my work as a counselor-in-training.
