I specialize in partnering with young adults and women to support you finding your balance in life. This includes addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, postpartum, parenting, work and personal stressors, relationships, grief and loss and life transitions. My hope is to help you feel more confident in your abilities to navigate the difficult times and celebrate the good ones; To be a safe space for you come as your authentic self, feel validated in your experiences. I am currently accepting virtual clients and have daytime/weekday availability.
