I work with families, women, youth, and children on areas such as anxiety, depression, a variety of life adjustments, parenting, attachment, ADHD, grief, personal growth, self-care, communication, boundaries, and relationship issues, among others. I enjoy using talk therapy, play therapy, sand tray activities, and other creative outlets for all ages to help explore life's challenges, learn new skills, and empower personal growth. I am client-centered and informed by evidence-based practices to help you meet your unique goals. Whether you are five or seventy-five, I want to help you flourish in life and relationships. With children and teens, I seek to actively involve and support parents as well. You are made with inherent worth and purpose, and the capacity for resilience.
