So much of our lives are spent focused on everything that is external to us - our partners, kids, friends, family, colleagues, social media, and on and on. My goal as a therapist is to provide clients with the space, tools, and care to practice the "u-turn" inside of themselves. Growth, healing, and wisdom come from understanding our emotions, reactions, beliefs, needs, and all of the various "parts" of ourselves.
