I provide support, and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I help clients to confront interpersonal patterns, that were often developed early in life as self-protective, but now get in the way of their connections with self and others. I work with couples to help stop the blaming/shaming cycles that can develop from feeling misunderstood.
