I treat a wide variety of trauma and other mental health challenges through gentle, welcoming, and compassionate treatment. I employ carefully chosen and measured therapies that bring healing while expanding clients’ ability to cope better with everyday life. My ultimate goal is to help clients get unstuck and move forward in their lives.
