I view therapy as a collaborative process, and I take an active role in working with my clients to meet their goals. Regardless of your reasons for coming to therapy, each person is unique, and I believe therapy should be tailored for each individual. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, and I also enjoy working with people on a variety of other issues, such as relationship and family concerns, depression, grief, life transitions, infertility, work and academic concerns, and self-esteem issues.
