We are committed to helping children, teens, and young adults. We offer outpatient behavioral health services for youth (ages 2-22) who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, social, or academic concerns. We have the training, experience and expertise necessary to provide your family with the support and guidance that your child or adolescent needs to help them succeed. If you are a physician, educator, or parent, we are here to help. Dr. Joe Clemens has 30 years of experience in the mental health field. He is a licensed psychologist who specializes in the treatment of adolescents, college students and young adults. Prior to his position at Boys Town, Dr. Clemens worked at a community mental health center as a Staff Psychologist and Internship Coordinator.
