Meeting each client where they are at with kindness, compassion, and acceptance, I view every individual as the true expert of their own life. My approach is humanistic, relational, and collaborative! This means I believe in the human tendency towards self-actualization and the power of the therapeutic relationship, and I work together with each client to guide them to the light that shines within. Bringing the mind, body, and spirit into session, I work hard to cultivate a peaceful space for holistic healing to begin as I believe this is the first step towards living a joyful life!
