The issues with which we struggle do not fit into neat categories nor do they always lend themselves to simple and/or easy solutions. If they did, you wouldn't be here. I have found that those with whom I work best are people who understand this and seek deeper resolution to conflicts (internal and external, old and new) to gain more freedom, agency, purpose, and authenticity.
