I have worked as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC, NCC) for over 30 years providing individual and couple therapy. I work to provide a therapy environment where people can feel some relief from the wearying distress of anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationship patterns, and trauma. I value the courage and strength to take the step to find help and to see that as a sign of wisdom and strength. It is often in vulnerability we find our courage, greater self-awareness, acceptance, and growth to be more centered and connected with others.
