My approach as a therapist is meeting you where you are at and help you feel comfortable and safe to open up. I strive to assist individuals feel validated, heard, and empowered to make change. I work with adults and couples on a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief, self-esteem issues, and relational stressors.
