About
I practice psychotherapy with a collaborative and integrative approach, tailoring evidence-based treatments to each client's unique needs and style. In our work, I will strive to create a compassionate, judgment-free space that, over time, becomes a haven for exploring intimate, complex, or traditionally taboo topics. I work with teens and adults navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, panic attacks, chronic stress, perfectionism, depression, and OCD. I have extensive experience treating issues unique to men, LGBTQ+ people, and artists. View 4 Photos I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapies. I practice Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (Ex/RP) to treat OCD. My approach to treatment is relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed. Outside of the office, I am an adjunct clinical professor at Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Service.
