My goal in life is to serve as a counselor and therapist for any human being who suffers from life’s challenges. I believe I have the ability to emphasize with any human being without judgement. I specialize in Substance Abuse treatments (I offer Individual and group therapy for Substance Abuse) that revolve around emotional regulation for underlying causes to addiction. I concentrate heavily on CBT, DBT informed therapy, and mindfulness practices - control what we can; sleep, diet, exercise and environment, while learning to let go of the things we cannot control.
