I specialize primarily in using CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques helping with clients who struggle with anxiety and depression. I am always happy to teach clients new coping skills! I have the most experience in working with children and adolescents since I worked with UNMC under a behavioral health psychologist. I enjoyed working with families and children/adolescents with ADHD, ASD, as well as anxiety and depression. I am excited to see more adult clients now that I have my own practice. I work with UBU Therapy Farms in Lincoln, NE, and my clients love the animals here!
