Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Kentucky. I received my Masters from the University of Kentucky and have practiced therapy for 11 years. I help individuals of all ages who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, and past trauma so they can overcome any difficulties they may have and become the best versions of themselves. I utilize EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness practices to assist with helping others. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and then discuss the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
