Mental health challenges affect us all and I firmly believe that access to help shouldn't be a barrier. Whether you have childhood trauma, relationship issues, struggle with anxiety or depression, or simply need a listening ear or sounding board to help you through a difficult time, I'm trained to assist with a myriad of daily and long-term issues. I work well with youth and adults and take most major insurances, including Medicaid, to ensure access to affordable, effective care for all. I also actively seek out trainings to hone my skills often to better serve you! I am trained in several trauma-based approaches including CPT, EMDR, Ego State, and various other modalities. I work alongside clients to understand their specific struggles and I work to tailor the treatment to fit the need. My skills can assist with various challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, work/life balance, parenting and much more!
