Hi, I’m Brandi, a mental health counselor passionate about helping individuals navigate anxiety and attachment-related challenges. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions, creating a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. My work is deeply personal. My own therapy journey showed me how powerful it is to feel truly seen, and that experience shapes how I show up for my clients today. I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and compassion—and my goal is simple: to help just one person every day move toward lasting change. In our sessions, I meet you where you are. Together, we explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck, using a blend of evidence-based and intuitive approaches. I incorporate both directive and non-directive techniques to support insight, emotional processing, and meaningful growth.
