As a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 18 years of experience, I am passionate about guiding individuals, particularly first responders, through some of life’s most difficult moments. My work focuses on helping clients navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and domestic violence, as well as women's issues including postpartum depression, work-related stress, and relationship challenges. With a compassionate, solution-focused approach to CBT, I support clients in finding strength, stability, and renewed purpose in the face of adversity.
