Currently have a few day time openings available. I am a relationally focused counselor who believes that true healing and change occurs when there is a strong therapeutic relationship. I view my role as counselor as not only a source of support but also, an objective guide to help you see patterns, make connections, and address thoughts and behaviors that are contributing to your current emotional state and symptoms. It is often difficult for us to see these things for ourselves and having a safe, supportive place to explore our emotional experiences, thoughts, and behaviors can be incredibly beneficial.
