My theoretical approach is always client-centered with treatment approaches pulling from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt, 12-Step, and Brainspotting therapies. I appreciate a 4-pronged bio-psycho-social-spiritual wellness model, and welcome exploration of your faith-integration in our work together. Outside of my practice, I am active in the mental health field working as a contracted clinical supervisor and consultant, and a professor and practicum coordinator at Jessup University's School of Psychology and MACP Program. My life experiences have taught me lessons that shape my personality and therapeutic style, and I've been told that I'm easy to talk to.
