Welcome! I am a licensed clinical social worker who enjoys work with individuals and couples. I am certified in complex trauma treatment, as well as a certified recovery coach. I have been providing therapy for 18 years. I assist clients with trauma, grief, addiction, codependency, relationship issues, and ultimately help clients make positive changes in their lives. I incorporate use of somatic therapy to use a body and mind approach to process emotions. Everyone has some form of trauma that often cannot be resolved through thoughts. Learning tools to engage the body and calm the nervous system is essential in trauma therapy.
