My professional journey began at a Crisis Response Center for children and adolescents in Philadelphia, where I worked for three years. In this role, I provided immediate and empathetic care to young individuals experiencing acute psychological distress. This experience allowed me to develop skills in rapid assessment, crisis de-escalation, and effective short-term interventions, which are crucial in high-pressure situations. Following my tenure in crisis intervention, I served as a primary therapist at a local Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in New Jersey for one year, specializing in adolescent care.
