Life has its difficult moments. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use or are going through some sort of life change. Whether it be life changes like moving or a death of a loved one, switching jobs or recurring relationship issues, change can be tough (even if it a positive one). Do you need someone to talk to in a safe space without feeling judged? I help clients gain new insights into themselves. I aim to help individuals find deeper meaning within their lives. I think that getting to know who you are and how you got to where you are at now is the key to helping you take that next step. I try to help people focus on healing and becoming aware of their inner strengths. I use empathy and understanding to meet you where you are in life.
