I enjoy helping children, teens, and adults face their current challenges and find a path to flourish. I have experience working with a variety of clients of all ages. My areas of focus often include anxiety/stress, ADHD, depression, self-esteem, behavioral problems at home or school, social skills, life changes/transitions, toxic job recovery, OCD, compulsive thoughts, ASD, and more. Adults going through transitions, including college students, I am here to support! I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where all that enter my door feel heard, empowered and safe to examine what is not working for them and find new habits.
