My focus is to help those who feel weighed down by past experiences, difficult emotions, or challenges in relationships and are ready for change. I offer a safe, supportive space to be understood without judgment, along with practical tools to manage emotions and find relief. Together, we will work towards building resilience, improving relationships, and developing a stronger sense of self- ultimately seeking greater connection, peace, and confidence in creating lasting change. I have extensive experience specific to the Veteran Treatment Court, Child Welfare, Dependency, Drug Court, and Family Court systems.
