I’m a licensed therapist (LPCC-S in Kentucky, LCMHC in North Carolina) with over a decade of clinical experience across inpatient and outpatient settings. I’ve worked with adults, children, and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and domestic violence. Over time, I’ve developed a clear specialty: helping high-functioning adults manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, and untangle the internal conflicts that often come with perfectionism, burnout, or major life decisions. In our first session, we’ll get clear on what’s bringing you in, what you’re hoping for, and what’s been getting in the way. You can expect a calm, focused space where you’re not expected to perform—just to be honest. We'll discuss the therapeutic process, confidentiality, and your goals for therapy.
