Are you struggling to maintain healthy relationships? Do you feel overwhelmed with life stressors? Do you find it difficult to focus on self-care? I work with highly motivated and high-achieving individuals and couples just like you to better manage and cope with stress, anxiety, trauma, life stressors, and other issues that may be holding you back from living the life you want. Together we can figure out what’s not working and implement strategies for change, growth, and healing. We will use an integrated, whole-person approach, focusing on mind, body, and spirit, and drawing from mindfulness and your own values to guide us.
