Greetings, are you navigating a difficult life transition, feeling isolated and unsure of your path? It can feel overwhelming when anxiety and depression make you feel like you're not enough, or that no one understands what you're going through. My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming space where we can work together to find a clear path forward. For over eight years as a mental health counselor in New York City, my experience has afforded me the opportunity to work with families and children navigating complex challenges. My passion is rooted in helping communities where mental health care was not always accessible.
