As the founder of Inspired Resolutions, I integrate mental health, physical wellness, & nutrition to create true change. I’ve worked in addiction recovery, Drug Court, & private practice, & work with schools & nonprofits like the With Hope Foundation for suicide prevention. In addition to my clinical work, I train therapists, run a free parent support group, offer online courses, & am invited to speak on campuses, providing professional development for staff and presentations for students.
