My motivation for my work stems from my own process and journey of self-acceptance and love. I focus on meeting people where they are and integrating a mind-body connection to increase internal awareness, processing life events, and recognizing needs for future pathways. Specific areas of focus include working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and life adjustments. Healing occurs in the presence of others, making it essential for a supportive relationship. With current Covid restrictions, I utilize the outdoors to meet with individuals.
