I work with individuals facing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and family or relational challenges. Many of my clients are military-affiliated, college students, or adults seeking support as they navigate stress and change. They want a safe, collaborative space where they can process experiences and move toward growth. My approach is client-centered and collaborative.
