I work virtually with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals and couples of all ages. I use narrative therapy to help clients explore the stories shaping their lives and draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to better understand the parts within them. I have a special interest in ADHD, religious deconstruction, racial and cultural identity, and queer experience. My goal is to offer a supportive space where you can question what no longer fits and move toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and your own.
